[News] For Don Spike, SNSD Taeyeon is the most desirable idol

Famous Arranger and Composer, Don Spike thinks Taeyeon is the most desirable idol.

Meeting with reporters at CJ E&M Center in Sangam-dong on June 29th, Don Spike said, “Taeyeon can really sing well. Although I’ve never seen her singing live before, I thought she has an outstanding vocal after listening to her recorded song”. Don Spike was the arranger for Kim BumSoo-Taeyeon’s duet ‘Different’.

Don Spike revealed, “During recording, you can hear a singer’s actual voice clearly. Without other effects or mixing works done, I was hugely impressed by Taeyeon’s singing. Her techniques, feel of the song and everything are excellent”.

He added, “As an arranger, if you listen to the vocals, i get my own feelings about them. Listening to singers’ vocals everyday, there are always concerns on how to ‘dress them up’.However, Taeyeon’s voice seems to ‘fit any clothes’”.

On June 3rd, the nine goddesses of Girls’ Generation (SNSD) guest starred in Asahi TV’s “Music Station” along with some of Japan’s greatest stars. During the recording, the program’s hosts asked, “Does Girls’ Generation had any otakus?” Otakus is a Japanese term to refer to people with obsessive interests.

SNSD’s Tae Yeon stated, “Tiffany’s obsessed with the color pink.” She added, “Not only are all her things pink, her entire room is pink.”

Soo Young also commented, “Tae Yeon is crazy about cosmetics. [NEWS] SNSD Taeyeon Crowned As OST Queen!

Well, guess what, our dear Taeyeon has added another feather to her proverbial cap of achievements.

Taeyeon tops another on-line poll by netizens.

Music website Monkey3 recently conducted an online poll asking netizens about ”who is the the queen of drama OST’s”.

Well, our kid leader topped the poll by getting 52% (or 385) out of a total of 740 votes, making her the Number 1 favourite !

(Baek Ji Young came in second with 26%.)

In fact, music industry pundits even ventured the opinion that: “If Taeyeon sings it, it’ll be a hit.”

Taeyeon’s OST recordings repertoire include ”Can You Hear Me” from MBC’s “Beethoven Virus”, “If” from KBS2′s “Hong Gil Dong”, and “I Love You” from SBS’s “Athena: Goddess of War”.

That’s one of the main reasons I’m a die-hard SONE , because of Taeyeon’s AWESOME singing voice ( the other reason being I’m in love with the eye smiles of the ladies in the group !)
