Who will be the ultimate winning group of SBS “Kim Yuna’s Kiss and Cry”? The official website has posted a poll on the 13^th of June with the title “Which pair will get the glory and be the ultimate winner”.

The closing date for this poll is on the 8^th of July. The “Visual Couple” group Yunho and Claudia Muller is ranked first out of the 10 skating groups with a percentage of 40.6%. This result is computed till the early morning of 16^th of June.

On the other hand, the group that has touched the audiences’ heart, Kim Byeong Man and Lee Su Gyeong is ranked second with a percentage of 33.2%

The poll will ongoing for a period of time and thus, the results could be reversed at any one time.

Yunho, who has started skating two months ago, has created topics with his splendid performance and great acting skills. On the other hand, Kim Byeong Man persisted on his practice sessions even though he has injured himself. Even though it was difficult, he successfully brought out a great performance. Kim Yuna was touched by his moves and Kim Byeong Man received the highest score for the ‘couple dance’ theme.

On the recent Kiss & Cry episode that is aired on 12^th of June, Yunho and his dance partner, Claudia Muller brought out a skating performance that were prepared along with Yunho’s busy schedules and it is slightly of a pity.

In the episode, Yunho expressed his worries stating that “I was upset with the rehearsal performance, and was worried about getting on the stage for the actual performance. There wasn’t a time that we could have a proper practice together, I only returned back to Korea on the day of the performance”.

Yunho was unable to attend the practices because of his hectic schedules. Thus, Claudia Muller has to undergo practices alone by herself, and the audience felt that it was a pity.

Fortunately, compared to the number of practices, Yunho and Claudia Muller have great acting performances. However, near the end of the performance, Yunho made a mistake and fell down, and this made audience felt that there were inadequate practices.

After the performance, judges gave comments such as “it’s the anxiety that brought about the mistake”, “the speed of the performance has slowed down”. Yunho expressed his apology to Claudia Muller and said that “Oppa will buy meat for you”.

The first participant that is to be eliminated from Kiss & Cry will be decided based on scores that is obtained for both the themes ‘Couple’ and ‘Dance, Dance’.

PD Kim Jae Hyuk also mentioned that “In any case, for the theme ‘Couple’, the participants were performing with partners whom they have met for a short period of time, and thus it was difficult to bring out a perfect performance. Therefore, we will be making the decision based on the performances for both themes. From the next theme onwards, there will be elimination of participant for each performance”.

It is reported that there will be 5 other themes, and it was not yet confirmed on which how many participants will be eliminated in each round. In addition, the special judges that will be joining the performances have not been confirmed yet as well. The logo song for the show “Ice Flower” which was sang by MC Kim Yuna and IU will be revealed on the show on the 19^th of June.

Furthermore, Daum’s Music Corner’s introduction to the single album is pouring oil on the flame. The introduction reads, “Cream Team’s Mazorkey and Amotai are pulling the bowstring taut and their targets are 2PM’s Ok Taecyeon of JYP and TVXQ’s U-Know Yunho of TVXQ,” and “A sharp admonition against those who act like the main characters of hip hop with their extravagant performances and so-so looks.” By blatantly stating U-Know Yunho and Taecyeon’s name, Daum solidified the fact that ‘Yes, You’ is a diss song aimed at the two singers.

As the controversy grew, Cream Team’s Amotai left a tweet on his Twitter account that read, “There isn’t a single part in my lyrics that directly singles out Ok Taecyeon or U-Know Yunho. Rapper of 5-membered idol group B1A4, Baro talked about his special bond with TVXQ’s U-Know Yunho, both of them coming from Gwangju.

In a recent interview with B1A4, Baro revealed a touching story. “I was really happy to be able to keep the promise of ‘Let’s meet on stage at your first broadcast’ with senior U-Know Yunho.”

On the 22^nd of May, the first episode of “Kim Yuna’s Kiss & Cry” was aired, featuring an intense competition between 10 stars that participated in this program and they are Kim Byung Man, Uknow Yunho, IU, Son Dambi, Lee Ah Hyun, Krystal, Seo Ji Suk, Park Jun-Keum, Lee Kyu-Hyuk and Jin Ji-Hee respectively. In this episode, Yunho displayed a different set of skating skills as compared to the other competitors, which surprised the staffs, audience as well as the judges.

On that day, Yunho did a “Homage to Michael Jackson” performance, and have brought out a perfect tribute stage for Michael Jackson together with the outfit that symbolizes Michael Jackson which includes a black suit, a hat and a pair of glittering gloves. In addition to the dance moves, the skills that Yunho performed have far exceeded the expectations. Although Yunho’s dancing ability is of no doubt, but to be able to dance excellently on the ice rink as well has definitely amazed the audience. After the performance, Yunho has won a standing ovation from the 100 audience who acts as the evaluation team.
